Yes. The Special Collection path starts from exactly that — a concept, a reference image, a brand direction, or a sketch. Our design team produces technical drawings based on your brief. No prototype begins without your explicit sign-off on the final drawings.

If you're coming in with finished technical drawings, that routes to the Signature Collection — where the brief is already defined and the focus is clean execution at volume.

Standard options include food-safe oil (clear or colored), NC lacquer, and raw/unfinished for buyers who want to apply their own finishing on arrival. Custom finish colors are available on request.

All finishes on food-contact surfaces are compliant with US FDA standards for direct food contact. Documentation is available on request — specify this as a procurement requirement in your brief.

Yes — and for custom work, sampling is a required step, not optional. We don't move to mass production without a written sample approval from you. The sample is the contract between your brief and the production run.

All fees are confirmed in writing at the inquiry stage before any work begins.

Sample production takes approximately 14–16 days from deposit, plus international courier transit time. Your contact will give you an accurate production timeline at the inquiry stage based on your specific product and wood species.

Standard terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment upon receipt of the pre-shipment inspection report and shipping documents. All transactions are in USD.

For orders above USD 100,000, we accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Quotations are valid for 45 days from the issue date. Raw material costs — particularly hardwood — can move within that window. If your order confirmation falls close to the 45-day mark, we'll flag any material price changes before you commit.

Amendments to specifications — dimensions, finish, packaging — must be requested within 3 business days of your deposit payment. Once the production process begins, changes may not be possible without affecting lead time and cost. Raise any changes as early as possible and we'll advise on what's feasible.

Yes — matching the right wood to your brief is part of the sourcing process. Six species are available, each chosen for what it does in actual use:

Acacia — dense, durable, warm grain. Vietnam's most widely exported hardwood. Built for high-use commercial environments and takes logo engraving cleanly.

Teak — natural water and humidity resistance with a rich warm tone and tight grain. The right choice for outdoor dining, bar environments, and resort properties.

Walnut — rich dark tone, fine grain. Premium aesthetic for upscale F&B and design-led collections.

Beech — smooth, pale grain with subtle lustre. Versatile for contemporary design work and bespoke pieces.

Maple — light, tight grain, clean finish quality. Preferred for precision engraving and minimalist aesthetics.

Ash — pale tone, fine linear grain. Contemporary aesthetic for modern F&B and minimalist brand identities.

All wood is kiln-dried to a moisture content of 8–12% before production begins. This prevents warping, cracking, and dimensional instability during sea freight — particularly across humidity changes between Vietnam and destination markets in North America or Europe.

Moisture levels are measured at incoming inspection (IQC) and re-checked before packing and shipment.

Yes. Serving boards, trays, bowls, and all tabletop items intended for food contact are finished with oil finishes compliant with US FDA standards for direct food contact. Supporting documentation is available on request. Specify compliance requirements at the inquiry stage so we can confirm availability early.

Solid wood products are not dishwasher-safe. Sustained exposure to high heat and moisture cycling will cause warping and finish degradation over time. This holds across all wood species.

For commercial kitchens requiring machine washing, we can discuss construction and finish specifications suited to wet environments. Raise this as a constraint in your brief.

Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water after each service. Dry immediately — don't leave pieces soaking or stacked wet. Reapply food-safe mineral oil every 3–6 months depending on service frequency. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and extreme temperature change.

Every production order moves through four inspection stages:

• IQC — raw materials checked before entering the production line
• IPQC — dimensional and finish checks during production
• FQC — full goods inspection before packing
• OQC — final check at the packing and loading stage

A pre-shipment inspection report is provided with every order before the balance payment is due.

Yes. Our production partners operate an open-factory policy and welcome third-party inspections from accredited agencies — SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, and Eurofins are all standard. Coordinate the timing with your sales contact well in advance so the visit can be built into the production schedule.

FSC-certified wood is available on request. We are actively building FSC certification across our supply chain. If your procurement policy requires specific FSC chain-of-custody documentation, raise this at the inquiry stage and we'll confirm what's available for your order.

We work exclusively with vetted production partners whose operations meet consistent commercial output standards. Factory names and locations are available on request. Third-party quality inspection from accredited agencies can be arranged — coordinate timing with us well in advance.

Shipment is from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For bulk and large orders, sea freight is standard — either full container (FCL) or less-than-container load (LCL) depending on your volume. Air freight is available depending on timeline and volume.

Specify your preferred Incoterm (FOB, CIF, or EXW) at the inquiry stage and we'll quote accordingly.

If a shipment doesn't match the approved sample or the agreed specifications, we resolve it — whether that's a replacement production run, a credit, or another agreed remedy. Submit a claim within 14 days of receipt with photo documentation and we'll respond with a proposed resolution promptly.

Lead times are committed to in writing at the contract stage. If a delay occurs, you'll hear from us immediately with a revised timeline and a clear explanation — not at the shipment date. We don't manage delays by silence.
